Crete 1941 - making and painting

One of the signature games at the Wargame Holidays centre over in Crete is the Crete 1941 game.  We play the whole of the Maleme-Chania sector of the invasion with the opportunity to extend that further east if we have lots of players.  Lots of different things to make and paint:

One of the several New Zealand battalions for the game.

Heavy support for the German paras.

German glider troops.

Grapevines.

Nissen huts for Maleme airfield.

Orthodox Church.

Olive Oil Press.

Barbed wire sections.

Field hospital.

Tented camp.

Air raid shelter for the airfield.

Church with graveyard.

More to follow!
